Just browsing through the website to see what was new, when I came across the tab "Another Perspective"... Just wanted to say I so enjoyed the message that was told, indeed we need to go back to our childhood faith and we will see the real beauty during this Easter Season.. I hope everyone will take the time to attend the Easter Drama this year called "Hope Is Alive"...May it bring HOPE to all those who are involved with bringing this message from Christ for he indeed is in control of this drama, we are only vessels doing his will. May it indeed give HOPE to all who hear the message he has to share. Easter Blessings Blessings,

As I took sometime this morning to visit the different areas of the web sitem it reaffirmed what God has in store for us, for our church and community. Thanks to all who help keep this updated. There are indeed many ministry opportunities and many ways that God is touching lives through the members of our church. Go and tell others of Christ today.

Just want to say a special Thank You to Sandra Padgett for all her hard work while undertaking the call of Christ to make the "GirlFriends Of Faith" Concert a reality for our community. It was such a blessing for myself and my daughters and granddaughters to be a part of this event. What a way to start Advent off with realizing what "The Heart of Christmas" should really be about!!Ms Sandra has always been a light for me to follow, she shines for Christ and lives to ensure we are doing His will not our own.

Another big Thank You to Neal Craps whom almost lived at the church the day of and the day after the event to make it a reality also.

And last but not least a big THANK YOU to the BSUMC Mens group for making it the smoothest parking event I have every attended.. My friends whom were there said that was the fastest they had ever gotten in and out in such a timely fashion.. Not to mention they said we have a super nice group of guys that made them smile even before they got inside.

To God be the glory for all things we are given.Womens lives will be forever changed due to his blessing of the concert, he definetly was in charge for sure!!!

I found a great article about a Biblical perspective on this book that Oprah launched millions of sales for: "The Secret."

I have heard a lot about it, and this article is so helpful in breaking down what it teaches and how contrary it is to Christian teaching.

Since this book is selling so widely, you never know when you may be asked your opinion on it!

Dear Boiling Springs UMC:

I just wanted to thank you for your prayers and concerns during my recent illness. It was one of the hardest trials I have ever gone through and I know that without your prayers and God's mercy, I would not have made it. God loves to hear the prayers of His children, because it shows our dependence on Him and gives Him an opportunity to show His love to us!

Today I am fully recovered, back at work full time and even able to do a little traveling. Even though I am here in Leesville visiting my folks, I am sorry I will not be able to join you this Sunday and thank you personally.

"The earnest prayer of a righteous man availeth much" and your prayers certainly accomplished much in my life. Thank you again and may God richly reward you for your faithfulness.

Even though I haven't attended BSUMC since my youth, I think of you all very often and support you all with my thoughts and prayers. I, just on a whim, typed in BSUMC, Lexington, SC and found this wonderful website. Hope you all are doing well. If you have an e-newsletter, please add me to your list cd22622@bellsouth.net

Words cannot express the wonderful feeling from last night as we, The Edisto Singers, gave our Concert. The expressions on each face proved the the Presence of the Lord was in This Place. I enjoy being just as small part of this talented group. We all sing because we Love Jesus and want to share his love and saving grace. Thanks to each of you who had a part in the service and the food and fellowship was so wonderful. It was so good for me to come home to the church that I grew up in and where I learned about the love of Jesus and where I invited him into my heart. I give Thanks to My Parents, Julian and Doris Kyzer for bringing me and my brothers to this church. To God Be the Glory!

We like the new web site and hope many will use it. You are to be commended with such a good beginning. This is evidence of a favorite Bible reference. "I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me." Philippians 4:13.
